We  will reimburse all shipping cost if the return is the result of an error on our part.  (We shipped the wrong item, or item was defective).  We will give you the choice of receiving a relacement for defective or wrong items or a full refund of actual costs.

Any items damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the shipping company, please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify the shipper if there is any damage. 

Unused items that you ordered by mistake, or have decided that you do not want, may be returned for a full refund of actual product cost, within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns of used items unless the item is under warranty and you have obtained a return authorization.  If the product is covered under the warranty and return policy of the original manufacture, you must contact that manufacture and follow their directions.
